Scar 17. Was it ever available?

I suspect the scar-l is export approved.
someone chimed in that the lower was the problem and a new lower would solve the full auto aspect and that some one was working on a semi auto only lower.

Which is why having an importer who actually does what they're supposed to do is so important - that's their job.
