As far as I know the US will not issue export permits for the SCAR. So the answer is, unfortunately, no.

They were designed by FN Herstal, which is based in Belgium. I dont know for sure where they are manufactured, but I do know that initial exports of the SCAR-16 in .223 were stopped because the US decided not to issue export permits anymore. According to Questar's site, nothing has changed since then.

A few of the Scar-L were issued a export permit and "brought in" by Questar in 2010. They were then sent to the RCMP to be issued a FRT and have been there (with the rest in storage) since. There's a bunch of guys who pre-paid in full that have been waiting since 2010. Even if the US issued another export permit, the FRT would undoubtedly be a hold up for the S as well.

i used mine up before i joined CGN, i expect a simple question to be answered, for some thats too much to handle.
