I know that all you XCR owners are just ecstatic that you can take it anywhere (and even hunt with), but it's only saving grace is the non-restricted status. Remove that and there's just not very much to get excited about. There must be a certain amount of insecurity in owning an XCR because these XCR vs. threads keep cropping up time after time...

FYI here is how I look at having an XCR-L I own a quality fast handling rifle that I can hunt with and I wouldn't own an XCR-L or an -M in the future if it wasn't non-restricted if it switched over to restricted I would get rid of it/them and hunt with my single shot/lever/bolt action rifles again...

I don't like AR's the sound of the spring drives me nuts I also don't like Swiss Arms/HK's/180's etc etc...

The XCR is the only rifle like this that appeals to me when I finally found/saw my first one it was love at first sight didn't even know they existed until I saw that first one @ Reliable in Vancouver I picked it up and I had to have it.

I just wished I had bought it in 6.8SPC first instead of the 223 I have never liked the anemic for hunting 223 round I am even thinking about selling off my complete OD green 223 upper, I can buy 1000's of 6.8spc brass/bullets with that money and have a rifle that can do everything the 223 can and everything it can't...

Rant off...

:D

They're probably all created by Alex from RA to help him deal with his inferiority complex.
