Is it just me, or are all the accessories on those AR's from CAA and UTG?

Haha, i noticed that too. "supposedly" top tier German AR15, with a bunch of CAA (tapco quality) junk on it :p

although to be fair, I have a FAB Defense railed forend for my Benelli M4 shotgun, and aside from needing to make relief cuts for it to fit, the quality is actually pretty nice.

Just what I needed, another AR-15 I probably won't be able to afford!

I will be happy the day somebody decides to start producing a decent AR to give Norinco some competition. I don't really need another AR between Noveske and KAC pricewise, and anything coming out of Germany will probably be in that same bracket. :(

Apparently there are a number of improvements, which include a modified forward hinge and aft joint, overall strengthening and the ability to clean with the barrel without having to re-zero it.

No no no, it is like a swiffer. YOU CAN CLEAN WITH IT WITHOUT REMOVING THE BARREL!!!

Love to see somebody offer a copy of the G36, I suppose the HK copyright will take a while to expire though. Wonder if HK USA would be able to do one since the AWB expired over 6 years ago??

If you look at why the German is making AR for themselves or that HK cannot wait to release MR223, you can see that SL-8 and the G36 system are not well received by the sporting market.

Wait, wheres the proprietary piston system?

I'm not sure if anyone else has heard but a guy at P&D told me that everything AR will be piston in the next 10 years :)
