I bored sighted a PM II 5-25 X 56.
Is it Ok that the turrets move the POI instead of the crosshair (Poa) ?

Would think so ... most scopes today have permanently centered reticles eg the crosshairs will stay in the center of the field of view while adjustments are made...

AAH ... I see what you mean -- yes some scopes do operate in an inverse manner eg the arrow(s) on the turrets point the direction to move the reticle OR the POI .. can be confusing ... some folks tape a piece of paper to the rifle butt to provide a reminder etc
