Schmidt-Rubin SKS

Just a quick clarification as to model designation and design. The Schmidt Rubin is a design of Swiss origin which consists of the G1889, G1896, G1896/11, G11, and K11 (G stands for Gewehr, K stands for Karabiner). The K31 is a separate design all together and is not a Schmitt Rubin. I will speak to the quality and accuracy of the all these rifles listed though.
The problem with Swiss rifles is you can't seem to stop at just one.

Ahhh, right you are. I inserted the K31 into the conversation because I knew that's what WSS had on the shelves, no sign of the others there yet. Some Canadian Tire's were stocking the full gamut of Swiss Rifles if anyone's interested in that sort of tidbit. Though I haven't been out to the north side of the city to check on their stock for a while.

Yeah CT Garden City carrys both the K11 (not the carbine model though) and K31.

They had one of the older long rifles there too for a time. Like I said, haven't been able to make it over there for a couple months now can't recall exactly which model...... WSS has a crapload of GP11 in stock in Winnipeg for anyone it's relevant for too...

Yeah their GP11 cases are red tagged at $299. Might be for that rifle and ammo deal only, but no other price to be seen on the cases and the red tag is covering the original white stickered price so...
