Scope advice for 308

Start shooting at 50 yards. Make sure your scope bases and rings are holding up for your scope. Get a Lead Sled or shooting bags, or a rifle rest. Try different brands of ammo to find the one brand and bullet weight that your rifle shoots well. Take your time between shots, and breath slowly. Try not to flinch when your pulling the trigger on each shot. These suggestions will serve you well as your shooting improves. The scope you have should be suitable for the time being.
