scope base for mossberg 930 waterfowl/deer combo needed

I have a Mossberg 930 semi auto, not the SPX, and need a scope base, preferably one piece, that will fit the receiver which is predrilled and tapped from the factory.

Please point me in the right direction, thank you!

I just went through this.

I got a 417M Weaver base (meant for the Mossberg 500). The holes line up perfectly, but the front two screws need to be ground down or they will put pressure on the barrel and cause the bolt to bind and/or not allow the barrel to be removed.

Weaver also makes the 430M base specific for the 930/935. I had a heck of a time trying to find this and had no luck (that's why I ended up using the 417M)

I work as a mechanic so precision grinding is not a problem. Do you know if all bases for the 500 will fit the 930 properly or just the 417M?

Sorry, don't know for sure. But at shotgunworld.com someone said that all Mossy 500 bases will fit--but I can't confirm, since I haven't tried it myself.
