hmm, options i'd suggest from personal experience...
Vortex Razor Gen 2
NF NXS series or BEAST series
Vortex pst FFP, get the EBR 2C reticle
i prefer FFP so i can range targets at any mag. You will notice that the PST and the NXS are very very similar, however there are minor differences. I personally think the turrets are better on the vortex, However the NXS has some advantages too. When comparing these two scopes which are very very similar, the PST ffp will run you approx (1149$USD, OR 1,543$ CAD) and the nxs 2,300 approx, i personally dont see the justification of 1000-1300 diffrence between the two as they are extremly similar... i think the vortex offers more ridged(stiffer) turrets(clicks)...the vortex warrenty reputation is flawless in my opinion... i think most vendors are selling the pst for approx 1,319$ these days.
when talking about the Vortex Razor HD gen 2, it is a very very nice scope, offering more elevation (clicks) when compared to the PST. I'd say the Razor gen 2 is a more superior scope compared to the NF, Something that is compareable to S&B scopes. However the price tag will run you lots, but if your looking in the right places... one can be had at approx 3,399$ US or cad$4,566(as advertise as MSRP on vortex site) however you can find them cheaper.
whatever scope you do choose, make sure you get the right plane option( i strongly recommend First Focal Plane) and also something to note, whatever route you do take, most of these products hold their value really well, infact my buddy got one of those pst's a few years ago for approx 1,200cad and due to the doller theyre valued much more now... so something to keep in mind.
i run a custom 700 with cadex chassis... vortex PST 6-24 FFP EBR 2C reticle with atlas bipod and a jewel trigger.. she's actually quite the custom beast these days... your choice on the cadex product is a quality choice :
OH ONE LAST POINT; When thinking about reticles make sure you get what you want. When spending this kinda money you best do your homework and get what you want. Both my pst and razor have the EBR 2C rets. I also have a pst with the EBR 1 ret and when shooting my 2c ret often and going to the 1 it seems like alot less going on. The ebr2c (much like a Horus Reticle) offers alot of options for hold overs, and estimations... something to think about. best of luck and uhh dont forget to post pictures, and yes sorry for my terrible grammers & spelling
