Scope for a CZ 452 Scout... Push me off the fence.

I'm looking for a somewhat compact scope in fitting with the Scouts compact design, possibly 3-7x32 with mildots maybe, something decent for plinking between 50-150m, and fine enough reticle for some target work. My budget is about $150 +/- $25... Not much I know, but it's going to be a knock around camp gun and I don't want expensive glass on it. Recommendations?

EDIT: Ok, im split between a nikon 3-9x40 Rimfire 150BDC which has a fixed 50m parallax and 1/4" per click at 50m, or a mueller 4.5-14x40 APV which seems to be a well regarded scope, but would require constantly adjusting for different ranges... but it does have 1/4" click at 100m. Jeez am i ever torn.

put a bushnell red dot on it. you will be happy you did.

I took a leupold vx 3 1.5-5 off mine and put a trijicon RMR on it, haven't missed yet. I am using a 7 moa dot, which you can easy uses for ranging. its fast, compact and an excellent combination for what you are wanting it for. AIMHO

Nikon vs mueller? Does anyone know if we can get the new nikon 3-9x40 EFR scopes up here yet?
