So I just ordered a Henry 22WMR and am looking for a scope for it. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I’ve been looking at the Nikon Prostaff 5 & 7 so far.

Both of those scopes are going to be a bit big for the rifle, I'd say go to the 5 over the 7 since it will fit the rifle a bit betterI also really like the looks of the Prostaff 3 EFR target, specs out as almost the perfect combo for a offhand target rimfire rifle, I may check out one for my 10/22 I use for hunting, I'm just worried the reticle maybe to fine. Also check out the Vortex Diamondback and Crossfire II rimfire editions. Maybe even check out the Leupold VX-Freedom EFR 3-9X33 or if you can find a VX1 rimfire that would also be an excellent choice.

Check out the Vortex Diamondback 2-7*35 'Rimfire' scope. They call it a rimfire scope because it has a 50 yd Parallax setting, rated for use on shotguns & muzzle loaders.

I really like mine on the 357 mag. Simple clear uncluttered view.

My first Henry is "In the Mail" from one of the site sponsors, it's the Frontier Model/Small Game Rifle in 22lr - H001TRP I'm hoping the Skinner sights work with my eye sight, if not I'll be getting another Vortex Diamondback for it.
