Hi folks,

I'm planning on getting the Krinker Plinker kit in the future and was wondering what would be a good cheap scope to put on it? Would the Aimpoint or Acog replica scopes(for Airsoft) work for the kit? Any feedback/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

cheers,
Dano

if your willing to spend that much on a dress-up kit, spend a couple hundred more and put a kobra red dot sight on it. at least its better quality than the #### you mentioned.

Thanks for the suggestion but the kit will be a gift for me in the future and spending a couple hundred $$ for a kobra will not be reasonable for me as i'll be mainly gonna use this just for plinking around at the range(up to 25 yards) :)

Arriving Next Week

We've got a newly released Red Dot scope arriving next week... actually it's selectable for Red or Green Dot... comes with 1" rings and mount for flat top AR's (weaver / picatinny rails).

Price will be $59.95 plus shipping and tax.

Watch the website for more details...

If you buy my Aimpoint replica, it comes with a "free" 10/22 receiver! ;)

The nice thing about the krinker kits is that you can still see your iron sights through your red dot scope. That way you can check the zero of the red dot without firing a shot.

I would buy the Tasco Red Dot from Wholesale Sports or Wal-Mart. Retail is around $40 and it seems to be of the same type that a certain Vancouver-area gunstore (who will remain unamed) soaked me $20 more for and made me jump through hoops when I tried to exchange it due to a defective mount. The Tasco also has an adjustable mount to fit any spacing on the rail.

You will love your Krinker when you get it!!!
