I have been looking for a scope for my Mossberg 500 as of late for deer season.

Any good bushnells I should be looking at? or anything else I should be looking at?

I have it on my 10/22 'T' it does the job out to a 100 yds then the post gets a little to thick , but good enough for a shotgun vs deer out to 200 + -
 
Jennis has very good advice, the Leup 1-4 shotgun (heavy reticle) is about the best scope for anything under 200yds. I've got one on a 12ga slug gun and also on a heavy recoiling lever gun, both gave superb service. The thick reticle is very easy to pickup in the heavy bush and still thin enough for shots to at least the 200 mark. I doubt you could get a better scope for what you require.
 
Bushnell 3200 1.5-4.5x or 2-6x or 2-7x are all good scopes for shotgun. Also with the rainguard coating on the lenses your good to go in any weather. Was out at the range 2 weeks back with a Bushenll rep and was trying out all different types of scopes on shot guns, slug guns and rifles. Really impressed with these scopes. Ended up picking two up this passed weekend at Epps

Also were your close to the GTA I noticed today Lebarons has the no tax sale on all optics. If and I mean if they have any of these instock your going to save yourself a fair bit of money on them. If not then print the page off line and take it to Bass Pro, they'll price match for the exact same scope.
 
I also use the Bushnell Trophy 1.74 -4 x 32. on my Mossberg 935 slug barrel. It is good value at about $180.00. It worked on a 95 yd shot last Novemeber on a 8 point buck. The first scope I purchased and returned was a Bass Pro Redhead shotgun scope at about $100.00. The cross hairs moved with every shot and the nylon screws kept coming loose.

Last year I win the drawing to hunt in a sector open only to shotgun or black powder buck or doe, and for the first time I fitted two shoguns with scope ( as back up )
Setting up the Tasco saddle base found on e-bay was simple and easy, I made a small modification taping and treading the top front receiver for a better and sturdier base. Scope nothing fancy, tasco inespensive 1.75-4x32 and mine bushnell 2.75 x20 that I had on hand... they work fine.
I tested the rifle at the range from 30 to 75 yrd with slugs Challenger (gualandi wad system) and both mine and my son print inside 1.5 inch.
Once on the hunting ground after seeing our postations the hunt was resolved with black powder since it require shoots of 100yds or more.

I'd take a look at the Nikon Slughunter with BDC reticle designed specifically for shotgun, or if you are looking for a cheaper model take a look at the Prostaff 2-7x32

i would just make sure that you get a scope that is ment for a shotgun .a scope ment for a rimfire or aothers will not stand up to the heavey pounding of a shotgun
 
Vortex Viper with the 2-7x32 circle reticule or wide v-plex would work fine on your shotgun. There are also some other lower power models that might suit your needs as well depending on what you want for magnification. A Strike Fire red dot with the double lens might also be a cool trick for you.
 
aimpoint Micro, they are good out to 150 yards, about the limit of the shotgun anyhow and super fast target aquisition, the 4 moa dot will cover what you need to hit, just aim at the dot and your deer will do what you want it to, fall over. Can shoot with both eyes open with is a huge plus..... Not sure I would want much magnification on a shotgun.
