scope mount for SMLE

I was wondering if anyone had advice about a good scope mount for a no.1 mk III smle. Would the "no gunsmithing" ATI mounts from Marstar be an option?

There are two others, BSquare and S&K. One is aluminum the other is steel, and the mount the same way. One is better than the other. They are always available on the famous e-fleece auction site.

None of the aftermarket scope mounts for Lee-Enfields work very well.

It doesn't directly deal with your question, but here's an idea. There is an abundance of bubba'd lee enfields that shoot beautifully and have already been drilled and tapped for weaver scope mounts for the most part (though I'm sure bubba tried new things as well). If you are against harming a currently nice rifle, you can drop between $30-$150 on a good shooting bubba, and if looks really really matter, drop the wood from the other one onto it.

Brownells do a nice looking no gunsmith mount 100 bucks ish deliverd . not sure if it fits all Mks , but it did have a good review in surplusrifle dot comm
Or you could go for the super bubba 15 bucks(all bits from Can tire) Angle iron mount(Rock solid) on a recent thread . And thats only if it isnt an EAL ore something special .Maybe ask first .
