Scope Mount on a Sporterized No 4?

I had found an old Williams side mount works good. I was trying to dig it out to show you as I had the same problem. But alas I can’t bloody find the damn thing!

I like this idea, will have to talk to Jason, a peep that would adjust enough would be mint on this little sporter and look right.
 
I was just on the Addley site and they have a version of there mount specifically for no.4s with the ears chopped off. It literally just looks like there standard mount with an extra hole drilled mind you.

But an option

If you can find one. Lee Enfield version has been discontinued I believe. I could use one myself for a sporter that also had the charger bridge and rear sight ears removed.
