im stuck on what to get for a scope mount for my 300 RUM. Im thinking i might go with the Near MFG system but there are quite a few others out there as well. What do you all think?

I have installed Near's product on some buddys rifles and it is a sweet piece of work
I have a ken Farrell base on my 700 as well, awesome chunk of metal.
as for rings I have leupold PRWs, but there are plenty of more expensive ones out there if you have the $$ like badger, TPS, Nightforce, the list goes on and on.
I'd recommend giving Rick a call at Alberta Tactical Rifle, he sells a number of products including Farrell, and is fantastic to deal with and his prices are on par with WSS, and reasonable with the higher end stuff.
