scope question

i have a nef .44 rem mag and want to get a scope on it for low light conditions when hunting bear. scope should have illuminated crosshairs so they dont disappear on the black bear. fixed power is ok as most shots will be under 40yards. maybe a red dot or other similar might work but unsure due to the kick" of the rifle.

suggestions will be appreciated, ill be making my purchase in about a month to prepare for the upcoming season

I know Bushnell makes a Firefly reticle, looks cool i was looking through 1 yesterday, and I think i'm gonna get one, as I also hunt bear
