Scope Reticle ??? (need help identifying)

I have an old timer in our hunting camp that is looking for a particular scope (actually a particular reticle) that he REALLY wants which he use to have back in the day (on his Parker Hale .243). I told him I would help him track it down.....which I thought would be a relatively easy internet search. Turns out it's a little harder than I thought.

Wondering if any of you can help me out identifying which scope(s) and/or manufacturer(s) made this type of reticle . Here's what it looks like

I can't help with telling you who made a scope with that reticle, but the Leupold Custom shop could probably put a reticle like that in to a scope.

German style? Kahles? Schmidt & Bender?

Leupold Dot is close, Redfield Acc-range is somewhat similar, German #4 with dot would work as well.

Zeiss #56 illuminated is close, though I highly doubt that's the exact one he's after.

Pretty sure it's a old Leupold or maybe a Lyman. Good luck finding one. My buddy has one on one of his rifles.
