Scope ring height on cz452 lux

I want to mount a leupold VX11 , 6 - 18x scope with 40mm objective lens on a cz452 lux rifle in .22 calibre. Wondering what height of rings I require and whether I have to remove the rear sight on the rifle. I don't have the rifle in my hands yet. Any information would be appreciated. The objective bell of the scope has an outside diameter of 2.00". The CZ452 Lux has 11mm dovetails grooves. There are a variety of good 11mm dovetail mounts that you can use. You may mount the scope so that it is higher than the rear sight. It is possible to remove the leaf of the rear sight only or the entire rear sight.

I mounted a Sightron Big Sky with 42mm objective on a CZ452 lux. Rings are BKL-257 Medium. Works excellent...clears rear sight by 1mm so I was able to leave the rear sight on. There are a few threads on RimfireCentral.com about the topic, and that is were I got my info from to get the BKL rings.
