i need to know what size scope rings to purchase, i have a 30mm scope with a 48mm bell. i would like to get it as low as possible, i have a utg tri rail on an m14s.

Are you going to leave the rear sight on? if so med is as low as you can go. I can't say for sure because I have an ARMS 18 clone but low with rear sight on is too low with an ARMS type. Best to ask this in main battle rifles.
