These fit really good on the CZ 11 MM dovetail but not so good on the 452 WMR Varmint's 3/8 dovetail (13 mm wide), even with the clamps rotated. I tried them on my 452 American and the fit is no good.

I would try one of these, no rail needed:

Prophet River should have them in stock. Lows are .300, Med .400 and High .500

I bought a Bushnell Legend HD 4.5-14x44 for a Ruger 77/22 Hornet, but thought I'd try it on the CZ452. This one is a 1" tube, but with the larger objective lens. It fits even closer to the barrel, but leaves enough clearance for the bolt handle. Mounted with DIP rail, and Weaver Skeleton meduim rings. I think I'll keep this one on the 452 and get another for the 77/22.
