Scope rings for Remington 7400?

Would I go with Low or Medium rings?
Not sure if the rear iron sight will allow me to use low rings....will it?

Both questions would depend entirely upon which scope you choose to use.

I use a Leupold 1.5x5 on my 760 with low rings and have lots of room to spare from the rear sight.

This 7600 has lots of room with a 32mm scope and low rings.

good looking setups, I have always leaned towards 40mm but may just go smaller for this rifle after seeing yours
