Scope suggestions for a newb please! (Red dot + magnifier)

Hello everyone, I was hoping I could get some suggestions for a red dot sight and magnifier for my issc mk22.

I just purchased the rifle, I am still waiting for it to arrive but I'd like to get some ideas on what to look for. I'd like to keep the price as reasonable as possible considering the price of the rifle.

It's my first rifle and I'd like to have a red dot sight and magnifier to have a variety of targets to plink at.

I run a vortex strike fire 2 on my sr-22 and have nothing but good things to say about it. Has held a perfect zero for years and came with a thread in 2x magnifier. However I heard somewhere that the new strike fires might not be coming with the magnifier anymore.
