Would you please be so kind as to post your comments and or suggestions and preferences on the following scopes, to sit atop a custom 20 inch heavy barelled AT15

Thanks

Falcon Menace 4-14x44FFP
Vortex Viper 3-9x40
Bushnell Elite 4300 3-9x40

I'd consider a Bushnell 3200 Tactical 5-15x40. It has mildots, tactical knobs, AO and optics that are easy on the eye. Price is around $450 new.

This looks like an amazing scope @ a great price. i want one of these to mount on my Tikka .308 i love Mildots, and turrets. does anyone know where we can order these? Wholesale Sports does not appear to have the tactical model,

I use Vortex Optics exclusively and have done so for about a year and a half now. I find the glass very clear and bright, the mechanism tracks consistently and reliably, and the price is very good for the level of quality.

I have a Viper 4-12X40PA and I really like it, never had a problem with it.

Can anyone offer any first hand comaprisons or observations in relation to these models? I am still ahcing a hard time deciding.

Basically I want something that is going to be good from 100 - 500 yards with the ocassional stretch past that once my skills are up. I am new to mildots, radians, metric, bdc.... so if anyone can help me out and suggest what would be best for punching .224 sized holes in paper, I woula appreciate it.

This is for a custom ar15
.223 wylde
20" stainless heavy barrel
compensated
free floated
magpul prs and ergo palm swell grip with base

mostly will be benched either on bags or possibley a bipod alter on

Thanks for your help

My favorite scopes are the Elite 4200 and Sightron SII and SIII LR side focus scopes.

The Sightrons have the edge on optical clarity and elevation adjustment. Similar pricing but above the three that you mentioned.
