scope trouble

I had the same problem on the same scope. I dialed 10 moa down and it moved 3" down at 100y. So I dialed another 7moa down and tapped the turret a couple of times and took another shot, the poi moved 14".
Try tapping the turret and see what happen.

I would re-centre the adjustments, remove rings, switch front to back, remount and start over.

ill try it on a diff rifle before righting the scope off i have a life time to send it in

Is it possible that the windage is pretty much all the way to one side?
If this happens, the elevation isn't going to work properly.

it was about 1/2 the adjustment to one side of the windage. example. -2 -1 0 1 2 it would have been at the 1 when zeroed at 100 yards
