Scope

Hi I'm a newbie
I recently purchased a Mossberg 702 plinkster, and would like some info on what type of scope I should install on my rifle. At the moment Im using winchester super X ammo, and the little bit a research i have been doing, I'm looking at range of 75 meters. I would like to purchase a scope that will help at this range, I was thinking of 4X16.
any suggestions would be greatly apprecited.

Ps Im new to this so dumb it down for the new Guy.

My opinion..... if you are going to use a .22 to shoot targets, then the high powers with AO are the best. However, if you are using the rifle to hunt ... you do not have the time to change the AO or power, so one without AO is preferable. Most rimfire scopes are set for 50 - 60 yards parallax which, on a gopher sized target, will not cause you problems @ 75M.
