Just wondering what ring and scope combination people are using . I have both med and high Burris 22 rings and neither will allow me to install the Bushnell 1.75-5x32mm I have .I get interference at both ends of the scope ( it is a fairly short body scope )this is on a Henry classic lever 22 .forward end hits the rear iron sight which is not really a big deal as I can remove the rear iron . the bigger problem is that at the proper eye relief the power adjustment ring blocks the hammer from hitting firing pin . I have the same problem with a vortex 2-7 as well .

Something is wrong with their measurement of ring height... this is a Henry Frontier (same receiver) with medium Leupold rings and a Leupold VX-2 2-7X33mm scope;

I have used a Bushnell Trophy Red Dot from time to time. For a .22lr it more than adequate. I just picked up a Henry Frontier and planning to use this setup. No issues with the iron sight or hammer. I like the iron sight more. Feels like I'm in a western movie. Got the gunslinger shirt and Stetson to boot!

The Bushnell is a trophy shotgun scope and has and extra large power adjustment ring . I did get the vortex to work just needed to adjust the eye focus once I pulled the scope back to let the hammer clear the eye piece with the high rings .also discovered that Hi Vis makes a front fibre optic sight for the Henry classic .I did get to shoot it last evening with the open sights not sure I even want the scope on there now . I was picking empty 12 ga hulls off at 25yds off hand and shot some 15 shot groups that measured about an inch . the sights are course enough that I have no problem seeing them even with my bad eye sight . very impressed with the accuracy of this little rifle .

If necessary, use see through rings. Lots of height.
Or a grooved receiver to Weaver base adapter. That will raise the scope as well.

See through rings are an abomination in my eyes and a poor compromise... all in my opinion of course, ymmv.

I put a cheapie cheeeeap Tasco 4x20mm scope for a whopping 25$. Came with rings. Clears the rear iron sight on my H001T octagon .22LR

Being 20mm..it is tiny and low. But its just for beating up on and plinking. No long range precision patterns.
