Scoping a No.5 MKI

I rate the S&K highly, I've had most of them.

BTW, I recently bought an Enfield that had this scope mount on it. It is similar to the Cad Technic I had a few years ago, but really pretty different. Can anyone identify it?
It appears to have a base mounted on top of it.

That looks exactly like the two cad-teknik mounts in my house, excepting the big nuts, which are a different style. I bet somebody copied somebody.
