scoping options for CZ

I just need an M203 for the front end. :D Thinking about weight is pussy. Which one?

Real M203s are really costly if only the Czech actually exported a launcher... Then someone would have to make chalk rounds...

Think of the children, they would have so much FUN! :D

Just a thought... If I go with the side rail option and dont end up liking it for whatever reason now I have two holes drilled in my rifle. Anyone go the side rail route and end up regreting it? With the cantilever mount and stock adapter if I don;t like it I can take it off and sell it no harm no foul.

That's why I went with Kassat's side mount bracket. As there were no perment mod's done to my rifle but I ended up liking it so much I never got ride of it.
Check the stickey at the top of the forum for more info & pic's.

In my opinion, those side mounts look so cheesy. The M14 has a side mount, but it looks very good compared to these great big, cheap looking Warts. I wish there was a better way of mounting a scope, without going the Scout Scope route. No kidding, but I think that I could make something out of wood, that looks better than these posp mount things.

Awaiting your improved mount the Eastern Bloc couldn't come up with! :onCrack:

Thanks Curtton, you know I take my time; thanks for rubbing it in. :D

Thanks CS, I am not sure of anybody making this Romanian style 58 grips. This one is the third generation to be honest. I learned a lot from failing.

Grizz_axxemann, I was looking for something better than the original leather mag pouch to carry my mags in. Drawing mags from it with gloves on really sucks, But I had picked up a couple 5.11 Tactical stacked AR mag pouches that work well. They are designed to hold 2 30 rd. AR mags side by side in each pouch and have an elastic band that holds them tight. They each hold one CZ 30 rd. mag nicely if you wrap the top flap over the feed lips tightly, otherwise they like to slide forward, defeating the purpose of the flap. The angle on the CZ floor plate helps with sliding mags back into the pouches, so all in all, they work very well.

Make sure to get the stacked mag pouch, the single wont be wide enough. Plus their flat dark earth matches the factory sling nicely.

I made the pistol grip and the foregrip. This is it finished.

Love the attention to detail you've done here. Although I think you got to ditch the side folder and get 1 of those under folder's and a AKM brake then it would be sick.
