I don't think that a front insert is made smaller than what you have. Does measure .078" Smaller will be tough to acquire.

I am thinking a glass shop should have the ability to make me one from diffuse glass or optical lexan? Drill and chamfer? The Apeture set I have is from Slimline 5260 Parker Ave Victoria BC

Biggest is 4.2 and smallest is 2.4

I am hoping to find or get a 1.5 made (which in all likelyhood will be the smallest I can see)

The fellow that made slimline has retired and doesn't make them anymore I spoke to him on the phone not long ago looking for some for my Brno globe. He also made Anschutz but they also don't go that small.
Just make your own it is a very basic lathe job. Your request for .059" is quite small perhaps that is why his wasn't made due to lack of demand.

Great info. I went to a glass shop today, and they said it was not something they could do (high precision/optical clarity/perfect centering) They could only give me 2 out of 3 requirements. The Optical Quality Lexan Rod to make 190 +/- discs was not too spendy, but the machining and polishing of the visual surface was not something they could do 100%. I guess I will just purchase another set premade, since the optical lexan rod was about 500.00 for a piece 48" long

Awesome group there juice. Nice wood on that. What ammo did you use?

Speaking of shooting, do you want to know how irritating that 1 Flier is? I was truly getting into a groove with all the mechanics that go into punching a good group. I was rock-solid, and repearable the whole way until shot#4. When I placed my finger on the trigger blade, i could feel the edge of the trigger just a little bit. So that meant the pad of my finger was just so slightly set deeper to the left. But what could such a small difference make right?

Such a great trigger, but it was enough to pull the gun to the left.

I did not even keep the target I was so upset with myself. Just left the darn thing stapled up, and went home.
