Scorpio 22 LR rifle barrel threading ??? Muzzle devices available ?

So I’m trying to tame the brash recoil of my newest 22 when I noticed the threading on the barrel seems to be as rare as the Tiger blood Charlie Sheen sippin on... what kind of threading is on this thing and are muzzle devices even available ?
