I'am new to the shotgun world and I know this is a stupid question. When I order my gun what chokes should I have for bird and skeet and to be able to fire buckshot.I read somewhere that you can not use buckshot in any screw in choke is this true?Or you have to use a fixed choke for this?

No stupid questions here.
For the majority of hunting, I would recommend a modified choke which IMO is the most useful in terms of spread.
Yes Buckshot is fine with screw-in chokes (I prefer improved cylinder for larger pellets and slugs)

Playing with clays I'd screw in improved cylinder or skeet choke.
Most important: Pattern your shotgun!

I would agree that modified is likely the most useful choke. Years ago almost all shot guns came with full chokes. Since the adoption of shot cup style wads patterns have tightened up so modified is now a great choice. I might also opt for an improved cylinder choke as well.
An over/under I got several years ago came with Imp cyl, modified, imp mod, full , full and extra full. So far the only ones used have been imp cyl ( very rarely) and modified with bottom improved modified top .
It works well for hungarian partridge and sharptails as well as the occassional duck or goose. I also shoot trap and find the modified works well there.
