It depends on how accurate and durable you need it to be. The Wheeler, etc brands are all the same Chinese junk you can get on Amazon for half as much. And they're just fine for coarse work like optics mounting, action screw tightening, etc.
If you want something a little better, you can get an an Olsa, Wiha, Wera, CDI or similar for a bit more $.
My daughters got me one from EPAUTO for Xmas. Made in Taiwan & supposed to be accurate within 4%, came with a calibration certificate.
All metal construction & seems really well built. When I checked it against my Snap On torque wrench (which won't go below about 30 in/lbs) it's very accurate (so far).
