Always wanted a Troy PAR, but this looks pretty nice.
Time to save me pennies up...will these accept any AR parts or Barrel?

I was unable to fit any of my ProMag Rollermag (RM5 Polymer) in the magwell of my Taipan X. It might only need a light sanding of material, but none fit as-is. They all worked fine in my Troy PAR.

10 rounds Cross Mags seem to fit in and drop fine from the Taipan X. So did the PMag that came with it.

I didn't try metal mags.

I can't attest to the function of the Cross mags or PMags yet, as I want to clean/lube it and mount an LPVO before I take it to the range.

The compatibility of a regular AR trigger makes the Taipan Evo an appealing package considering the Taipan X has a heavy trigger pull, but a clean break.
