To explain regarding the guess at being left handed, it is typical for right handed people to put an offset 45 degree mount on the right side of the rifle (just feels more natural I find) so if left handed the reverse would be true.
I'm Left Eye Dom but shoot right all my life. I use the right eye for scopes, so Left is free to see the Holo on that side. I never tried it on the right, seems I'd feel awkward 'pushing' over to see on that side. I might try it tho, got another 45 😉
A few years back, I was suffering from severe cataracts in my right (dominant) eye and was experimenting with solutions to allow hunting that season. I shoot right-handed, and tried a number of different 45-degree mounts on the left side in an effort to find one that would put a red dot in position for me to sight through it with my left eye while shouldering the rifle in my normal right-handed position. None of the mounts I found allowed that. Does your set-up let you hold your rifle normally but sight with your left eye?

I see there is still a lot of space on that rail.
You need at least one high powered flashlight, and a powerful horn like this:

...and a laser! Don't forget the laser!

Yes, this is the Bronze finish. Seems OK altho I'm Not 'rough' on my firearms. No Dropsies here. The 'ejection port block' keeps that area safe, which was a prob with the 1st-gen Taipans I've read about.
My biggest issue is having to take along 4-5 diff Hex keys 'just in case', on top of for the scopes and the QR for the bipod. A 'Standard Hex size' cut into diff threaded bolts would be nice for the whole industry IMO.
I can use the holo on the side without significant change in hold. I haven't been out to 'test' how much diff 'in the real world', just indoors. I have a reflex with built-in laser 😜 so maybe mount that one instead . . . and a pressure-switch1K-lumen lite . . . I gots another 45* mount waiting for 'something'

And I have a 'Long-relief LPVO scope' that could hang somewhere, too. And maybe a 'mag side-saddle' for spare Crosses ? And a pintle-mount on the bottom rail !

Is this the bronze finish?

How is the ceracoat finish on these rifles?
I saw a YouTube video where a guy commented that the finish it ridiculously bad, is that right?
On my bronze version the finish is quite nice. I have a black one that I made up to be extremely light weight - the finish is not as good and came pretty scuffed up from rattling around the box.
