I want to build a SDMR type rifle. Any suggestions as to which lower/upper receiver I should have?

Also where in Canada can i order Krigger barrels specifically 18"?

I want this rifle to be in .308. Magpul PRS stock preferred.

ACOG or scope? Bipod? type of handguard? barrel type?

or should i purchase the SASS from DPMS, I think i can order one from Questar and forget building one altogether?

SDMR has 20" barrel, is a 5.56 caliber rifle with an A2 buttstock.
