Sear spring for 7600

I have a Rem 7600 and I find the trigger pull is quite heavy, would anyone know where i can order a lighter spring for it, and what weight of spring i shoulg get?

not aware of any aftermarket sear sprink kits that are available for the 7600.

Not exactly a precision rifle so your options are limited. You could look at polishing the sear etc to smoothen things out and easing up on the trigger pull.

I don't think it's a kit, it's just a lighter spring. I've seen on other forums of people replacing them, i just don't know where the got them.

these are not very easy to lighten, but I have acheived an improvement by carefully stoning a slight radius on the corner of the sear engagement with a fine pointed oilstone.
