SEB you have to order from Ernie out of the US and wait a year, he is listed on their site. Other one's are Mystic Precision or Henry Rempel make good ones.
You do not have to order the SEB rest from Ernie. You can order direct from SEB. Contact info for Sebastian is at w ww.sebcoax.com I recently received my SEB NEO rest direct from Indonesia after a 9 month wait.
