Who is that guy behind you dressed in camo? LOL

You may have thought of it and you may have organized it and you can make all the smartass remarks you like. But you'll still have to post a photo of yourself! Then we'll see whose laughing!

Hey, I didn't say which one is the turkey when you posted yours. LOL. Mine will be up tonight. I need a few hours of photoshop time.:dancingbanana:

Derek, good use of the sling there. Someone was quizzing me yesterday on why I hadn't removed the swivels from my Heym. Although I have removed a couple sets, I have come to value slings on guns. Is that a getting old thing?

My first real exposure to doubles was from a hunter (and mentor of mine) of "Continental" origin. Back then (but not so much now) he looked down his nose at strapless guns and the undignified men who carried them ;)

I see no reason to go afield WITHOUT a slung SxS- even a light one!
Most of my guns have sling swivels on them:d

Sky is the good looking one. She is Rick's AWESOME GSP! I (VictoryXC / Patrick) am the goofy one beside her. I will add a second pic so James has more to laugh at. Pictures are from our upland trip to southern Alberta last fall.

You guys shooting all those clay birds (at least I assume some were hit), anybody come up with a recipe for clay bird gumbo yet???

Clean dirt from clay pigeons, put them in a pot of boiling water with a small rock and boil for five minutes.
After the are dissolved, drain off the water, throw it on the garden and eat the rock.
