Second World War tank and anti-aircraft gun found hidden in basement

I wonder what sort of damage would this do to the rubber roadwheels? The confiscation almost certainly appears as if it likely damage the Panther and 88.

Only damage would be from pivoting it or traveling at speed. I have towed cdn vehicles with no tracks into and out of shops and never noticed any damage caused by moving them in parking lots made of gravel/concrete. If they are anything like a modern roadwheel, they will have a hard rubber vulcanized to the metal. On vehicles that had already damaged road wheels you would see chunks come off when you pivoted them to make a turn, usually we would leave any damaged ones on until we were ready to install the track. Ones that were in good shape took the towing with no issue.
