A while back I kind of rearranged my reloading stuff in the basement and I decided to lag bolt the reloading bench I'm using (Sears work bench) to the wall and it's amazing how doing a small thing like that can make such a big difference. I was resizing some rifle brass tonight and it was nice that there was no movement in the bench during this process. A sturdier bench wouldn't have the issues that mine did, but it's not too bad of a bench now.
 
Seeing posts like this really makes me feel spoiled to have the room for a big heavy bench. It's amazing how somthing as small as a bolt or 2 can make such a big difference eh?
 
Ya, it sure is. I have the whole basement that I could use but opted to buy a bench on sale as opposed to building one. In hind sight I probably should have built one.

You mean that SS one that's 6' long with drawers, and a solid, laminated wood top?

REALLY nice bench, been eyeing them for a couple weeks now.......

Where will the bolts for the presses bottom out?
Can you open the drawer when a press is mounted over it?

There must be a way of putting a press on a Dillon type mount so it can be used to load as well as fix stuff. Mybe a custom Rock Dock.

Different than the one you show.
Same top.
Big legs, looks like an over grown work bench with upper locking
cabinets.......three I think. Back panel between top and bottom.
Make a heck of a loading bench for sure.
I will get a item number next time I'm up there.

You could take the door on the end off the hinges and just use it as open shelves and mount the press there. Drawers would still work.
 
My 4x8 ft 2x4 framed bench is so heavy it doesn't move no matter how hard I work the presses. My only problem is getting enough space on the bench to work.

To many things on the go at any one time.

I need a good deep cupboard or maybe a filing cabinet, to hold everything.
