I don't have a locking safe or gun box. I don't need one yet. For now I've been keeping my guns in a closet locked up with a cable lock. The centerfires and rimfires are very secure with the cable as it feeds through the action. The ML's just have the cable fed through the trigger guard. I also have trigger locks on them but the regular trigger locks don't work very well. Especially with set triggers.
It would seem that I need some sort of clamp over and through the trigger gaurd that can't be removed from the ML that I can attach a cable too. Is there such a product available? A storage and display device? Also if anyone has found good trigger locks for these guns I'd like to know about it.
I'm looking for ideas on storing the ML rifles better so if you have pics or useful tools I would love to see them.
I guess I may just have to clear some closet space for a storage box I can lock up but I would really rather just keep my cable lock because it's just perfect for my needs.
