Im gonna be off CGN until the beginning of October.

Heading to the Yukon to see if I can find a few moose for some American hunters.......

All my best to you guys/gals in your September hunts. Stay safe and shoot straight.

i'm countin the days down as well..... then it's 90 days o heaven :D

Good luck up in the Yukon .... play safe and come home with pics and wonderful stories ;)

Im back.

To say it was fantastic would not do it justice.

I will post pics when I get my S card back.

We scored on a real nice bull. Lots of rain but overall, it was amazing.

I will learn how to post video as I have a 67" bull standing on shore as the float plane brought in my second hunter. What a welcome to the Yukon for him.......

I got to meet "sheephunter" (TJ), and "Why Not" (Ted) at the airport. Two guys that give hunters and human beings a real good name. Im proud to have met both of them.

As for my assessment of Jim Shockey's outfit, I'd have to say without prejudice, that it is probably one of the finest, ethical outfits I've ever had the pleasure to work with. And by the way, I was made a part of the Shockey "team" and was invited back to guide again. And I will.

One of my hunters told me he spends between $120 and $130 thousand dollars a year on guided hunts in North America........wouldn't THAT be nice????????

Hope you all have been successful so far.

It was a real pleasure to meet you as well. My Yukon adventure while not overly fruitful was enjoyable as always. Glad to hear you liked Shockey's outfit, he is a true professional in the business.
