Nice to see something other than straight lines on a Lower, wonder if they will ever make it's way into Canada. :)

Is this one of those specialty ARs that only works if you 'limp wrist' it?http://www.tehdriven.com/forum/images/smilies/custom/###flag.gif

The SP-223 lower is made of 7075T6 billet, and is type III hard anodized black with Teflon coating. Our lower has features like no other lower on the market. Some key differences of the SP lower are the oversized winter trigger guard, quick access mag release, large front grip, and a nice beveled mag well opening. The oversized, built in trigger guard allows the use of a thick winter glove. The magazine release area has been designed to allow quick and easy access to the release button from any position. Also, the mag well is wider and elongated in the front for a sure grip as well as having a large beveled opening for fast, smooth mag changes. An upper receiver tensioning screw is located under the grip, and it also includes a captive detent spring to retain the rear takedown pin.
Stay tuned for more innovative AR products from us this year, including a DPMS compatible 308 lower and matching uppers for both.

SP-223 Retail price: $325

It's great the someone thought out of the box.

I would buy one. Why do they all have to look the same?

These are just range guns. Look at the nice work JP does. The make pretty Rifles too.

I think ATRS should work out a few special runs. They would sell. Everybody wants something different

If enough people want the lower, it will make it to Canada. I notice one pictured was made to include the "go-fast" switch, would be nice to finally be able to get one like that too.

There used to be a local Seekins Precision distributor based out of Greater Vancouver. Unfortunately though, things went south (literally). :kickInTheNuts:

I have a hard time on deciding whether Unicon or Sailers Moon will look better for laser engraving on the magwell.....tough choices.
