Trying to find a product that attached to the stock dual studs (or the threaded holes)

Seekins is NOT DDTC registered hence he can not export his products. The only way you will get Seekins stuff is by means that are not legal.
It is a shame as Glenn makes some nice kit, but I understand his reluctance to spend many thousands of dollars registering with the Dept of State.
