im looking for a chrome finish Desert eagle .44 mag without the RAIL on top..

I dont really like the look of the mark XIX because of the rail..

Do you guys think IRUNGUNS or any other company can import a gun for me from www.gunbroker.com theres a lot of desert eagle mark VII at a real decent price..

What could be the import cost?

Thanks for confirming.. I dont care about fees because the price in the u.s are lower than here in canada..

As long as i can get it before there are no more brand new desert eagles without the rail available!!!!

i have been asking IRG via email

but I may have found one on The shooting edge websites...

The Desert Eagle 44 mag is a great shooting pistol, very accurate and incredebly reliable, mine got arounds 400 shots with a couple of failures when it was brand new ( ammo related ), with a red dot at 25 yards offhand, for a beginer, satisfatory results... JP.

ive emailed IRG.. a guy replied to me Called Jason we misunderstood each other when i was talking about the rail.. He thought i wanted a Baby eagle or a jericho.

Then no more replies when i told him this isnt what i wanted.

I feel so discouraged to find a mk7 desert eagle or a mk19 without the new picatinny rail i think they are pretty rare???

If i have no other choice i will get the new model but this isnt the eagle i want.

omg that price is crazy for an older model XIX. I would never pay that much.

one option you might look into is buying a MK7 or early 19 and then just having it chromed. might be cheaper then the import fee.

one of our sponsors is selling a newer model 19 with the fluted barrel but not the pic rail for $950 I think? its black and has the after market pic rail attachment with it. just get that chromed and you will be into less then that one selling at irunguns.

just so you know the Mk7 is junk. just saying.

As mentioned, have you ever handled one? You need hands like a monkey to shoot one well. They are very big pistols. Felt recoil is nothing though.

Did you ever shot a DE44 ? If not, you should try it before spending this $$$

I agree. I bought one without ever seeing one... I have large hands but found the pistol very uncomfortable to shoot. Probably the worst pistol I've ever owned. Of course, that's my opinion, took a couple weeks to sell but a guy on the EE bought it and still lost a few bucks. "Desert Eagle" is a lot of hype and once you shoot it, you might get bored of it. Better start reloading if you want to shoot it a lot.

I bought it through Irunguns and saved a ton of money, anyone who pays $2300 CDN (or whatever a chrome one goes for here) for that pistol will lose a lot on the EE (if and when they sell it), as I got around the same amount of money for it that I paid from the US.

If you buy from Gunbroker, there will be fees involved. If you buy from Irunguns website, there are no fees.

Forgot to mention, spare mags are really expensive, that's if you can even find them.

If you really want one, might as well go for the .50, as I thought the .44 wasn't that exciting.

if i buy from irunguns.com not the .ca website there will be no fees???

i dont know why but i can't believe please another one can confirm?

No fees. Pay shipping to the border + shipping to your residence + GST (unless anything has changed recently).

There is a fee if buying from Gun Broker and other sites like that (on top of those ^ ), but those sites are available to you if the firearm is Canadian legal. Everything is listed in Irunguns section on CGN. From the US site:

After you purchase your firearm please visit the link below and fill out the importation form on the Canadian site. This will be required to expedite the export of your firearm.

;">Canadian Import Form - Click Here

THERE IS NO EXPORT FEES ON ANY FIREARMS, ACC'S OR OPTICS PURCHASED OFF THE IRUNGUNS WEBSITE

GST and shipping to your place of residence will be collected upon final transfer

I've bought a DE44 brand new because I love the 44 magnum feeling of my S&W629, the DE44 was not was I was expecting, because of the weight and because it is a pistol, the feeling of the 44 magnum was not there, it's a big big gun to shoot, so I've sold it.....
