Seeking Savage VLP or LRPV

I'm trying to find one of these rifles in 223.
I've tried my dealers in Ontario,but so far no go.

I've tried Wholesale Sports...zero...zip.
S.I.R. ...nope
Epps...nada
I confess...I even tried La Barons.
I think there are more Elvis sightings than these rifles.
Has anyone seen one in a local shop.
I want one.

Anyways,I couldn,t find one in my search,so I am sticking with an order
that I have made over a month ago.
VLP in .223 ...single shot.
Could be six weeks more..who knows for sure.
Why can,t guns be like ordering pizza.
