Build it out of a Garand?

I have a project in progress to convert a Garand to use m14 mags... but I'm shelving it for a bit until there's clrity on the ban list...

Members here have shown you can fit the barrel and gas system of a m14 to a garand.

A garand can be modified to feed from a m14 mag.

It follows one can take a currently NR garand to this. But whether one want to spend the effort on what happens with c-21.

Sorry. I read you reply as asking if it was built out of a Garand, not whether one could build something comparable out of a Garand.
