Select Shooting Supplies Moves April 1st - Ranges Open Late Summer

I used to play in pool tournaments at Pops and Ruby's in that plaza. It's a great location that is easy to get in and out with lots of parking, unlike your current location. This is fantastic news.

That is awesome and I really like the idea of 2 ranges....1 for memberships and the other for non licensed folks just starting out. We need more ranges that offer this to get more young people onto the sport....its the only way it will survive.

Doesn’t the SLR?

A few questions that are being asked...

Q: Is the range indoors or outdoors?
A: It's indoors.

Q: How long is the range?
A: The walk-on range will be 10 yards (RSO Supervised for those with no license). The member range will be 17 yards. We wanted a longer member range, however, it would have eaten 500 square feet of retail space and since we want the ability to carry more product lines, that space is needed to serve our customers better.

Q: What will memberships cost?
A: There is no formal structure currently in place to advise on. What we can say is that it will be a tiered membership and flexible. Be sure to visit our web site and sign up for our e-mail list so you can stay in the loop.

Hmm.. A Kiwi ex-pat using "yards"? If it was 10 m you could have airgun competitions there - another line of customers. No room for metric?
(bought a Hammerli free pistol and a CZ85 mainspring from you but now 3500 km to the west...)

Will you be offering a rent and shoot program for those that are interested, plus have demo firearms available for those that are looking to purchase?

Short answer - yes. However, those details have not been ironed out and how extensive a program that will be has not been determined.
