Self resetting shotgun target

Just watched this video on youtube

of a cowboy action stage at the Winnipeg club and was taken by the self resetting shotgun target.

I get the basic counterweight principle to get the thing to work but does anyone have any actual plans for the construction of these targets.

Not much to it. Just a weighted pivot so it resets.

But the issue is that there's no way to determine if enough of the shot pattern hit the target to justify it as a hit. I would like to see the paddle trip a small lever that raises a little green or red flag from cover when the target swings far enough. That little flag could be the indicator that enough of the shot was on target to swing the weight far enough to justify it as a hit.

But on the whole I really liked it.
